Dinner 6/2

gently smoked bluefish with ramp kimchi in lettuce
radish toast with lamb fat and green garlic
grilled chicken, new potatoes and spring onion stew and
grilled asparagus, turnips and snap peas with chicken liver, gizzards and almonds
strawberries with cream, chamomile and spearmint and black pepper meringue
chocolates: laphroig and chili-pumkinseed
