radishes, turnips and their greens with hazelnut gribiche
chicken liver mousse on toast, pickled rhubarb, shallots and parsley
lasagna of delicious spring green vegetables: 
asparagus, chard, spinach, leeks, green garlic and scallions
strawberries in mint cream with baked meringue
